Transportation Union Secretary-Secretary in Ohio Pleads Guilty to Theft

June 17, Michael Zaborski, former secretary-treasurer of United
Transportation Union Local 1962, pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court
for the Northern District of Ohio to one count of embezzlement from the
Fremont (Sandusky County), Ohio union in the amount of $41,226.54. He
had been indicted in May. The charge and guilty plea follow an
investigation by the U.S. Labor Department's Office of Labor-Management
Standards.
